Irregular periods. Much in stress. ,

I had intercourse with protection on 28 may, I tested negative pregnancy after 8 days of intercourse and i got periods on 12th june.. I had fear of pregnancy, after my periods, so i checked with pregnancy kit after 11 days of periods...found negative pregnancy. My periods cycle is of 32- 35 days. My periods date was 12 july.. I have no periods... I tested today with pregnancy kit,it was negative...I got only white discharge with no smell, shortness of breath, rise in temperature, more sweat, acne,and irritation and sometimes I feel like periods is coming but when I check I find white discharge under my panty. From 10 days i take methi, azwaiyn, jaggery, cumin seed boiled juice ... But doesn't affect! Please tell me what happened and how my periods come...I'm very much in stress..., 🥺
