Both ovaries are visualized and mildly enlarged in size and having multiple tiny follicle arranged at periphery with hyperechoic central stroma including a simple cystic area 22 mm in right ovary. Right ovary measures 41x16x24 mm (volume 6.4cc) and left ovary 36x14x22 mm (volume 6.4cc). No adnexal mass is seen
