Irregular period
Past 3 months doctor diagnosed me that I have PCOD because of irregular periods. Then for 3 months I was taking Diane35.I got period on 16 July for 4 days.
But then I took medicine for both one day then I decided I will not take medicine further.BuT I got period again after 10 days..Now again I got bleeding. I am stressed.

From how many days are you bleeding ? What is your height and weight . Are you married ?
Any test done prior ?
What I would suggest now is , if you are bleeding take ,
1. Tab Trapic mf 4 times a day and decrease the dose slowly to one per day once bleeding stops .
2. Tab Pco ova forte MT , once a day for 6 months .
3 diet and exercise .
