Irregular period
Earlier in 2022 I had IVF, but had a preterm labour at 6 months. Since then I have been trying to loose weight which I regained (7 kg extra) after delivery.
I am also trying to conceive naturally.
I am suffering from irregular periods. Even after Pregnancy my periods are not regular.
I had last period on the month of Dec 25th 2023.
Then On 6th of April,24 I saw spotting. But after that no bleeding. ( 1st time I experienced few drops of blood without out any normal bleeding)
What should I do?

Get a pregnancy test done first. If Negative then get cbc, thyroid profile, prolactin levels and ultrasound done
