Hi.
I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on 2018 (I was 10 years old) and when I got my period at around 12.5 years old it was regular and healthy for 2 years at 15 years it went missing for a year, came once at 16 years old in November 2024 and stopped after that. I've tried consulting many doctors but they can't seem to find why. I do show slight signs of cysts on ovaries.

The hormone cycles are irregular in the initial years after menarche. So you also went through the same phase.
It may happen again.
You should be more worried about finding out whether you really have Diabetes or not .
Small cysts in the ovaries may also not have any significance. You should not get your sonography done repeatedly as long as you get regular periods.
