Irregular menstrual
I took emergency contraceptive pill in August and in September i didn't got my menstrual properly and it was a little bleeding in September menstrual and last for 3 days and now in October I got my menstrual on 12 and not properly and last for 7 days and now on 29 oct I m getting blood spotting with discharge and bleeding to and lower abdomen pain too I m confused that what's going on with me

Emergency contraception causes hormonal imbalance and irregular bleeding. Get a pregnancy test done. Use some other method of contraception for long term.

Emergency contraceptive pills are known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding and the side effects can last up to a month Also they have a high failure rate you can be pregnant You need a pregnancy test
