Irregular menses
I have last 4 episode of irregular menstrual cycle and it take at least 3 month instead of one month.. My usg report came normal...I feel very discomfort in a day... Always my mood changes.. Also I have facial hair growth specially on upper lips.. And most probably I get headache frequently.. I have 2 yr 4 month baby but he is not on breastfeed last 1yr 4 month.. I am gaining weight so fast..Plz suggest something to me

Hi. Your history is suggestive of PCOs . You need to do some blood tests and scan . Start by keeping a diet plan and excercises at home . This will also help you in sleeping properly . Ehen was the scan fone .
