Irregular Heart rate
I have nasal septum deviation problem since 2-3 years, my nose always blocked sometimes with difficult in breathing by that nose , every time when season changes my problem arises like head heaviness & heart rate increases.... I tested my brain, heart ECG, all the blood test which came normal apart from electrolyte low level & vitamin D at little low level ...... suggest me treatment cause I didn't find solution for this ( increase heart rate & head heaviness)

As per your description you might have allergic rhinitis..increased heart rate might be associated with anxiety or panic disorder.. visit an ENT specialist and psychatrist for opinion..
