Irregular bleeding after 3 month
Hello Doctor,
Hope you doing well.
I know irregular bleeding can happen 6 to 8 week after c-section delivery but after that time also sometimes bleeding happened like for 2 days it happened and vanished then again after someday it started.
I want to know why it happened and if so then what precaution need to take to stop it.
Please provide solution as my wife is worried because as pr gynaecologist it is normal till 6 to 8 weeks i.e 2 month but now 3 month completed.

After a cesarean patient can bleed upto 45 days
After that if she is having irregular bleeding
Needs to be investigated
Get an ultrasound done to find out the reason
Also get thyroid levels checked
