I have been taking OROFER XT twice a day for past 8 weeks as part of my treatment. However, by mistake today I took it within a gap of only 4 hours. One at 10:15 am and another at 2:15 pm.
No symptoms even after 15 mins but I am worried as what shall I do now.

Nothing to worry.. U may at most develop gastritis or Constipation.. So drink adequate water.. Consult if any problem arises

Not to worry at all
It might cause mild acidity
Try to take tab Pantop 40 if stomach pain is there
That’s more than enough
Also do a blood test to check your haemoglobin
