Iron deficiency
Male,43yrs, already taking doctor prescribed Vit D , Vit B12 & Hypothyroid supplements. Just undergone full body test & reports showing Iron 51.6 microg/dl against normal value of 70-180 in male adult while TIBC & % saturation are normal, pls. advise if i need iron supplements & if yes, prescribe.
