Iron deficiency
I had done blood test last week and i have low ferritin ( 18.9) and high transferrin (306.29).
And also %iron saturation (16.21) not in range.
But my hemoglobin is Normal.
Can you please tell me how can I improve the iron level and also prescribe iron supplements.

With the parameters you have given, it is suggestive of iron deficiency anemia.
We need to know your Hemoglobin level, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW to confirm that it is iron deficiency.
If possible upload the picture of your blood test report.
