I am an IT employee working from home, recently I did the blood test and got to know lack of Haemoglobin and Iron. May I know natural solutions please?

:-Add boiled beat root in your salad daily. :- you can take beat root+ orange juice. :- you can take pomegranate  juice daily. :- along with thease drink one glass of milk daily. :- green leafy  vegetables.

U can coverup this through pomegranate, palak like green vegetables, banana and etc... Medicine- dhatri loha bhasm, punarnavadi mandoor.. It's important to understand the underlying cause....dobu hv heavy menstrual flow, indigestion etc...then only permanent solution is possible

What's the hb level? In general u can follow these. Use raagi, green leafy vegetables, iron vessels for cooking, sesame oil and black sesame seeds. Use amla,butter milk, red meat if you are non vegetarian, moong dal , pomegranate, red rice in diet.
