Hi Need  to  evaluate  . In male  anemia  is  uncommon . If  it  is  iron  deficiency  anemia , Iron  intake should  be  increased  in diet . Iron  supplements  advisable. Consult  me  online  with reports for  further  treatment  and  guidance
