Your question is in three parts : (1) i pill doesn't cause any type of pregnancy. It tries to prevent pregnancy. I pill fails sometimes . And when it fails the pregnancy will be there, whether Ectopic or intrauterine. (2) Ectopic pregnancy gives a weak UPT. Even the beta HCG test is weak (low level of beta HCG). (3) Yes. Menstruation after i pill means that the patient is not pregnant.

If upt negative no chance of pregnancy... menstruation after ipill doesn't ensure not pregnant unless you do tests
