Ipill- bleeding after 10 days - pregnanc

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi, I had taken ipill within 72 hours after being together unprotected. And i was adviced to do pregnancy test after 20 days. But i started bleeding like period but no pain in abdomen & having slight restlessness. This means that am not pregnant? Or still i need to do a pregnancy test around 20 days?
