Inward arch on lower back
I have a big  arch  at lower back ... I also have back pain on left side only .it is also disturbing my sleep...When I do some work my back hurts very much ...what to do ...how to get the spine in normal position

Increased lower back curve can be corrected with core muscle strengthening that is back and abdominal muscles With posture correction As you stated one side pain Check the symmetry of pelvis ( hip bone which is prominent) Correct it if asymmetrical Change ur chair and work postures Ice pack for pain relief
