Involuntary movement of neck muscles
I'm suffering with this since 8 years.. my neck and cheek moving opposite side to each other... please suggest me some excercise for this..

Do Some Facial Exercises. Like Blowing Air from Mouth. Hold Air in Mouth. Wide Smile Exercise, Nose And eyebrow Exercise. Try to Do All Facial Expression Prominently it Will Help You Strengthen Your Facial Muscles. Also Do Some Neck And Shoulder Exercises. Up Down, Sideways, Right Left Tilting & Turning Exercise if Neck. Shoulder Shrugging Exercise, Flexion and Abduction Exercise for Shoulder. Do These Exercises Twice Daily.

Try to do all facial expressions exercises 10 rep atleast regularly. And further need more evaluation so visit to nearest physiotherapy clinic.
