Inverted nipples cant breastfeed

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My baby is 1 week old i cant breastfeed baby because i have inverted nipples. So i give top feed and breast milk with nipple shield but i have very less milk i get 20ml only. I use philips avent bottle for formula.. is it safe to give mix feed to newborn
