I have been having unpleasant thoughts and it started 2 and a half years ago. I don'know how and why. But one thing that i am certain is that these thoughts are causing me to be anxious and depressed. According to my research, i am experiencing INTRUSIVE THOUGHT which is associated with OCD. It is really affecting my life. I know I don't want to think about it but why am i thinking about it? My relationship with others were destroyed because of these thoughts. Please give me comfort.
