Intro to food (5th month baby)
Can we introduce mashed rice, ragi , boiled veg/ fruit when baby is in 5th month ? Planning to do Annaprashasan so not sure on what should I start with

Start from 6 th month Start with rice cereal and slowly introduce other foods For more details consult your doctor

After completing 6 months of age . You can start with single food . gradually increase in amount

It is adviced to give exclusive breast feeding till 6 months.. later to introduce complementary feeding.. if u r getting sufficient breast milk continue till 6 months
