Is there any blood test to determine the severity of ILD and to know if disease is stable or progressing? Because HRCT can not be done frequently. How many years life can be expected if proper medication is provided after ILD diagnosis?

The prognosis usually depends on the pattern of ILD...UIP,IPF have poor prognosis... There are no blood tests to determine severity .... But you can very well do 6 Minute walk tests... And also 2D Echo to look for any evidences of Pulmonary Artery Hypertension as well...
