My dad was diagnosed with interstitial lung disease since the two year and now he is probably in advance stage of ild and super impose infection is also accur in latest HRCT can you please give me some help here is picture of latest HRCT

Since it's ild...it will progress into IPF very soon...it's better to control the infection and would avoid allergens..and if possible consult good chest physician in your area.

Firstly it has to be confirmed that your father has ILD with bad prognosis or with far good prognosis. In CT report it doesn’t look like bad. Have to ask some questions
