I was having severe blood with stool, have gone thru colonoscopy and came to know i have internal piles. Medicines prescribed are: Tab Hilo 2tab, Tab Pantoacid 40mg, Cremaffin syrup. I want to know what food to eat and what to avoid.

U case of hemorrhoids , plenty of liquids to be taken. Lots of salads in each diet. Spicy / fried food should be avoided. Bread / maida items to be avoided as this causes Constipation.
A part from diet a good laxative is mandatory to avoid constipation.
