Internal irritation in bones
I hv problem in upper half part of legs and hands. irritation in bones. when i punch on my hands nd legs and twish them then i feel good. this problem dont let me sleep in night.. i feel irritated. when i take my hands and in such a posion in which it pains then i feel good. plz help.
