Pain in my right upper half of the leg
I have been having some mild pain in the upper half of my leg - mostly front and outer side. Mostly after I sit for period - cross legged. What could be causing it

Please get an mri and consult to get a proper advice, it might not even be a disc prolapse

It could be prolapsed disc at L2, or L3 level. Avoid bending and heavy weight lifting..take pregabalin 75mg tablet at bedtime for 1 week n see if it helps
