Intermittent profuse bleeding

Asked for Female, 49 Years

I have pain in the cyst area and profuse bleeding with blod clots suddenly any time of the day, especially when I bend or lift any heavy objects like bucket of washed clothes. It continues for half an hour to some times whole night. I seem to be forever on periods. Can I take some medicines for the same like T.eofil forte T.zentel 400 Pls advise.

Size of cyst and torsion needs to checked with Trans vaginal ultrasound pelvis and colour Doppler done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
