Intermittent leakage of amniotic fluid
36weeks pregnant LMP: Dec 1st 2021 EDD: Sept 7th 2022 Observed intermittent leakage of amniotic fluid since 2days. Leaking approximately 10-12ml each time while using washroom only. There is no continuous leakage Last scan AFI was 9 AFI was 15 a week before Was on antibiotics and intravenous fluids Fetal weight: 2.7kg Doppler was fine What should be done? Is it necessary to get induced for delivery as soon as possible or should I wait?

U need not wait if there is continuously leaking U l hav to get delivered as u r already 36 weeks If u get into infection then it l b difficult to tackle

If Frank leaking present, Induction after Dexona coverage as it's 35weeks 2 days(though baby weight is good). If no Frank leaking, wait untill atleast 37 week as liquor is good around the baby with frequent NST and fetal heart monitoring
