Yesterday I have done my eye checkup....left eye showing 0.75 power ....is it ok or should I wear spectacles?

0.75D is a small power and it's not necessary to take spectacles for the same unless it causes any problems. If you are having headaches, or if this power is cylindrical, then you must surely get a pair of glasses.
