Intermittent fever, coughs all night,

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Intermittent fever, chest blockage and coughs all night. Paediatrician gave calpol250, ezomac 10 and asthakind. Condition is same for the last 2 days. Still coughs all night and not able to sleep. Fever comes and goes. I dont think the doctor gave any medicine for cough. Please advise.....

Asthakind is cough syrup,but if it's not working please visit your pediatrician again to see that whether now there is wheezing for which nebulisation and change of cough syrup may be needed. Whether antibiotic is needed will be decided by your pediatrician
