I was being asked to avoid intercourse during the 1st trimester of my pregnancy now I have entered the 2nd trimester as month no. 4 has already started, now shall i start it again ? Is it safe ?

Yes you can resume sexual relationship s now provided there are no risk factors like short cervix ,low lying placenta etc to avoid it.
Your own gynaecologist will be best person to tell you all these things rather than asking on this forum.

Ya from 4 the month to 8 month complete safe period.It is safe for intercourse also but not forcefully.Before and after sex you should feel fetal movement.In any doubt immediately contact to gynaecologist and take her opinion.
