Condoms  also have failure  rates...so if you missed  period  do urine pregnancy test.

Condoms have some percent of failure rate.. They are not 100% effective.. So whenever you miss your period get pregnancy test done

If you are using a barrier contraceptive even during the ovulation time it is considered as safe and chances of pregnancy are not there
