Of infection and fluid in my pod for 5 months , and small endometriotic cyst , I took no. Medicine from no. Of docter from allopathy to homeopathy, now i dont know i  still feel pressure and sensation and dull pain in my pelvic which is very constant , and my chief complain us my lower backpain s  since 5 months ,and it's horrible , i can even work normal house chores ,how can I get rid of this pain? Why my all local docters said , pain is only in my mind ? That's so rude . Went to best docter of the states but he also said I don't have any problem but just a small endometriotic cyst and I had significant free fluid in my pod , which was dissapearing after 3 months of treatment.

You have consulted many Doctors in your area. Apparently all of them have failed to diagnose your problem.   It is better for tele-consultation Doctors to keep their hands off . Because diagnosing a disease without seeing a patient is always more difficult than diagnosing after seeing the patient.
