Insulin Use beyond 30 days after opening
Can we use Insulin Glargine (Lantus) pre-filled pen beyond 28days/30days once opened.. It now 28 days and insulin units are still left in the vial... Can I still continue taking these units ???

Once insulin is opened and stored between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, its shelf life is limited to one month. Any usage beyond this period should be avoided, and the insulin should be discarded.

No, pls change the vial after opening within one month . They lose efficacy and can carry risk of infection.
