Insulin...
Doctor suggested me for taking insulin 2unit before every meal because of gestational diabetes...I am little bit confused...can I take insulin in an empty stomach or eat some fruits . Then take insulin?

You can take insulin on an empty stomach but you must eat something within half an hour, as must have been advised by your Doctor.
