What should be the ideal fasting insulin level in PCOD??? I've heard in pcod the patient become insulin resistant so what is the normal range of insulin in PCOD

Fasting insulin level < 25 mIU/L is considered normal dear.
Yes it's usually increased
Lifestyle modification
Excercise regularly
Adequate sleep and rest
Avoid spicy and oily food
Avoid stress and anxiiety
