Insufficient breath via nose

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Nose mucosal thickening, bilateral turbinate hypertrophies noted, bilateral maxillary and frontal sinuses, all these written on x ray report, will this be cured by homeopathy permanently or should i go for surgery please explain and kindly suggest what all can be done to resolve this
