I am queer. I have had a history of depression. Two years ago I was told I may be bipolar and have disassociative disorder by a psychotherapist after which I went into denial. I lost my mother to surgical complications in October 2017. I have not been able to focus on work, can't sleep, can't will myself to do anything I like anymore, like reading.

You must combat this situation.I think it is hightime to consult a psychiatrist for medicinal help.Counselling sessions must continue.
Family support is very much needed by u.
If we wish we can do anything.So u are also can Defeat this pro lems.Suicidal thoughts are coming but u must share ur views to ur family.
During counselling sessions tell all about ur emotions which are hidden in u.
Be brave be fighter.

1.sleep 8 hrs at night.
2.avoid too much social media.
3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop.
4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep.
5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or can watch a good movie.
6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym.
7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends.
8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby.
9.Maintain proper diet.
10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
