Insomnia/sleeplessness
I constantly find myself troubled, worried and unsatisfied with how  my life is, work wise and personally. I do not get sleep due to the same reason. I try reading books, binge watching some shows but nothing helps.I have these issues of anxiety and restlessness on and off and it doesn't go away. Sometimes I wonder what's wrong with me. Could you suggest if it's just a passing phase or could be a problem? I can't talk to my parents about it and my friends don't think it's an issue.

As you have observed yourself, it is affecting your routine. And you not in a position to discuss with your family and friends. It would be better to consult a psychologist either online or offline.
