Insomnia - Sleeping pills
Hello , sleeping has always been an issue I have had for years , tried a psychiatrist as well in the past. But for over a month the lack of sleep is affecting my work. Kindly help with a prescription for sleep pills

It's always wise to keep urself busy and work hard , it shall automatically make u feel sleepy..
Other than this , you can try following :-
The famous yoga --YOG NINDRA
Hot -milk with NUTMEG
If they all don't work , opt for medicine..
