Dear Friend, medicine is not the solution for your problem else you will become addicted to tablets to get sleep. you need to bring your body clock back to normal and have normal sleep. There are solutions available by doing some practices, exercise and lifestyle corrections. Consult a psychiatrist to get the proper guidance.
