Due to miscarriage I have anxiety ness & insomnia for last 4 days.. so majority problem is insomnia.. how to cure

Hello dear Insomnia or as you described inability to sleep is due to low mood and stress about miscarriage. Try to involve yourself in activities you like, spend time with family and friends and think positive about future. if required professional help try consulting a clinical psychologist.

U have obvious cause of insomnia ,that is miscarriage. Consciously or unconsciously u are worry or tensed or sad due to miscarriage. It is quite natural. But u have to prepared ur mind that any thing may happen in life but we have to move on. Dont worry consult proper gynaecologist and try for next pregnancy. Do regular yoga,take nutritious food,exercise regularly, take care of ur mental health. Feel free to contact if needed.
