Insomnia in pregnancy
I have developed severe insomnia and I am in my 15th week of pregnancy. All was well until 12 weeks with natural sleep of 8hrs but suddenly I started sleeping minimal and now it's either semi conscience sleep or no sleep at all. A local psychiatrist has prescribed oline 2.5 but I need a second opinion on the same. I have tried all sleep hygiene techniques and also I walk 5kms whenever feasible. Still the same issue. I am tired and sleepy all day. Will this affect my child and me.
