Insomnia for last 15 days. Day sleep is present. The problem is gradually increasing. Earlier I used to sleep around 1-2 am after studying n wakeup around 9am. But now I'm sleeping around 7-8 am in morning n waking up at 1 pm

Adopt a regular Sleep routine and follow certain excersise and yoga and dietary to regularize your body clock.
