Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. These are symptoms of sign of Anxiety and it's quite common among students nowadays. If such emotional disturbance are affecting your day-to-day life and you are not able to manage yourself, then take a professional counselling help to understand the root cause for and suitable solutions to overcome effectively. Pay attention on your nutrition, exercise and relaxation exercises. Make sure you are focussing on leisure activities too. Exams time gets overwhelming and snows us down. Make aure to take proper breaks. Get in touch with a counselor to help you ease off your anxieties.

You have all the signs of anxiety. Deep breathing - 10 rounds thrice a day will benefit you. You can also consult a Ayurvedic physician for stress management
