Sir because of anxiety disorders my sleep was affected last month. Right now I'm on medication under a practicing psychiatrics.
If I have my tea between 7pm to 8pm in evening will my sleep get affected ???

Avoid tea n caffeine especially late evenings since they are stimulants and while sleeping your brain needs to be relaxed and not stimulated. That is how it interferes with sleep

Yes. Taking tea during late evening hours may cause sleep problem like difficulty in falling asleep.
So better , avoid tea after evening hours.
