Since 1-2 weeks, I am unable to attain quality sleep. Its like i would struggle to sleep at night, and sometimes sleep early also but my sleep breaks early morning and even if i try to sleep break/sleep again cycle goes on till 9AM then i wake up.
After this feel eye fatigue/burn throughout the day.
Please help me, i do exercise 2-3 days a week and also I try to avoid laptop and anything post 10pm... please help me!

Try doing cardio exercise daily.. avoid tea and coffee .. do meditation try relaxation exercises.. don’t sleep in the day time.. take 6-7 hrs of sleep ..
