Insect Bite - Hello An Insect/bug Bite Me On Penis Last Night.

Hello An insect/bug bite me on penis last night. It has been around 18 hours, there is no swelling, itching or pain, but there has been a tingling sensation a few times(mostly when I pee). I have applied cold compress and washed it off. Should I take any other steps?
