You can try applying vaseline/coconut oil/ aloe gel to the affected area. Cold compress on the area will help with your excessive itchiness.

Dear respected sir,
On 21 april during my duty I took morning round during round pt was stable. Around 12 pm I received call from nursing supervisor to see pt. And I visit in pt. Room and found pt in hypo for pt life saving I discuss with Micu-2 for bed availability and by the time dr abjeet (gastro) already discussed the case with dr Sanjay saxena then Dr abjeet inform to nurse about shifting the patient after that I immediately shifteed the patient in micu-2.
During our duty we never use any verbatim Negligence word..
