Injury in my right side of forehead.
Dear Sir/ Mam,
Yesterday i slipped on my tarrace and got heavily hurt above my right eye with little cut.
Heavy swelling occurred on forehead but today it came to normal with some pain. But today I saw that there is a blood spot in my right eye and also some dry blood came from my nose when i cleaned it. So, please suggest me the remedies also suggest me that shall i consult neurologist.

Yes u should consult a neurosurgeon for this u will need a NCCT Head for evaluation.

Wait for a day and see if bleeding continues from nose
Most probably you are having subconjunctival haemorrhage in the eye which will be there for some time
In case it increases in size then you need to see a doctor
With regards to neurologist opinion you haven’t mentioned if you had any impact on the head

From what you have told it doesn't seem to need to worry... The bleeding in your eyes may be haemorrhage under your conjunctiva due to trauma

You sholuld not worry.. take care of your swelling. Minoe blood from nose and eye spot is not a cocern , they will dry up naturally.
